Broccoli parmesan cheese
- Broccoli (normal, or fancy if you have a few quid)
- Béchamel sauce
- Grated parmesan
Simmer the broccoli for a couple of minutes to wake it up. Mix parmesan cheese into the béchamel sauce. Drain the broccoli, lay it in a dish and pour the sauce over.
Grate some extra parmesan on top, a twist of black pepper, then bake quickly on a high heat until bubbling and slightly singed.
