Broccoli parmesan cheese

Simmer the broccoli for a couple of minutes to wake it up. Mix parmesan cheese into the b├ęchamel sauce. Drain the broccoli, lay it in a dish and pour the sauce over.

Grate some extra parmesan on top, a twist of black pepper, then bake quickly on a high heat until bubbling and slightly singed.
